East Midlands Demolition was established in 2002. Headed up by two Directors and supported by an in house management team, East Midlands Demolition has become widely recognised as one of the first demolition companies to go to for their expertise in the industry.

Our reputation for service, technical ability, safety and cost effectiveness, has been achieved through investment in people, equipment and training. With an ever increasing client portfolio, we continue to go from strength to strength.

Health and Safety.

You can be confident that East Midlands Demolition has everything in place to embark on your project safely and securely.

East Midlands Demolition understands the importance of following the strictest Health and Safety guidelines, for the benefit of not only our own workers and anyone else who may be on site, but also those who may be indirectly affected by what we do.

We employ the services of an independent Health and Safety Assessor who carries out frequent spot checks of site and staff. Standard policy statements are reviewed and updated by an Assessor on regular basis, in line with legislation changes.

For each job, no matter how large or small, site method statements files are created and the required permits are put in place. All laws, guidelines and recommendations set out by the Health and Safety Executive are strictly followed and adhered to in all aspects of the business.

Our Health & Safety consultants are Northern Safety Ltd.

Staff Training.

East Midlands Demolition makes sure that all our staff are kept up to date with current legislation and are continually assessed and certified in all aspects of their work. They participate in extensive, on-going training programmes and regularly have new product briefings.

Our team hold all the relevant CCDO / CSCS and CPCS cards as required, our operators are CITB Certified and we are members of the NFDC, CHAS and Constructionline.
