How have we achieved this? Because we believe that ongoing research and innovation is the best way to reduce environmental impact and maximise project efficiency. We’ve incorporated new techniques into our demolition practices, like guillotine concrete breaking: the guillotine is more than 50% faster, quieter, more cost-effective and better for the environment than traditional breakers. We’re the first UK demolition experts to use an impaction and screening system that removes metal from demolished material, and crushes and screens rubble to specified sizes. This means clients can use existing stone from their site demolition as aggregates for its redevelopment – eliminating the need for quarrying and haulage. We’ve imported the 1412 Pegson Impactor and Screening System from Germany, where its use has completely eliminated the need for virgin stone.
Our services include the demolition of all buildings – from private dwellings up to large factory sites. Post-demolition, we undertake all dismantling; site clearance; slab breaking (breaking and removing the building's foundations); proof digging (guaranteeing safe future development of the site); and the complete removal of hazardous or contaminated material.
